Where are you located, and how do I get there?
Zipline Cyprus is in the forested hills above Gerasa Village, in the Limassol district — about 30 minutes from the coast, in the Troodos foothills. We send exact directions to the meeting point once your booking is confirmed.
What does a visit include?
Every visit includes two zipline flights — 230 meters and 310 meters, for 540 meters of total flight — up to 40 meters above the valley floor, connected by a short, scenic walk of about 10 minutes through the pine forest. Two instructors are with you throughout, from your safety briefing to landing. The whole experience takes about an hour.
What are the age, height, and weight limits?
Solo riders must be at least 6 years old, at least 120cm tall, and weigh between 25kg and 125kg. Younger children can ride tandem with a parent from age 3, as long as the child weighs 30kg or less and the combined weight of parent and child is 125kg or less.
How much does it cost?
A solo ride is €40 per rider, covering both flights. A tandem ride (a child riding with a parent) is €25 per tandem group.
How do I book?
Book online, at least 48 hours before your visit — we don't accept walk-ins, so please reserve ahead of time. Booking is confirmed instantly.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear closed shoes and comfortable clothing, and tie back long hair. All safety equipment — harness, helmet, and trolley — is provided.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We fly in most weather, including light rain. We only close for storms, hail, or other severe conditions. If we need to close for weather, we'll offer to reschedule your visit first, and refund you if no suitable date works.
How safe is the equipment?
The system is engineered and certified in Germany and Austria, with dual cables on every line and automatic magnetic braking, so you don't need any braking or steering experience. Two instructors are with you for every flight, from briefing to landing.
I have a health condition — can I still ride?
If you have a heart condition, epilepsy, are pregnant, have had recent surgery, or have any mobility concerns, please contact us in advance so we can talk it through and make sure the visit is right for you.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — gift cards can be bought online and are valid for 12 months from purchase. They can be redeemed toward any solo or tandem ride.
What's your cancellation and refund policy?
If we close for weather, we'll offer a free reschedule first, and a refund if that's not possible. If you need to cancel your own booking, let us know at least 48 hours before your session for a full refund or a 12-month gift voucher.
